Cy Persinger is a lifelong resident of Fayette County and a Republican candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates in District 51. He believes that representation should be rooted in the communities it serves and that elected officials should listen first and lead with integrity.

Cy earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He currently serves as a Business Analyst at Rainelle Medical Center, where he works to support financial stability and improve access to healthcare services across southern West Virginia.

Through his work and community involvement, Cy has seen firsthand the challenges families face — from healthcare access to economic opportunity — and he is committed to being a strong, effective voice for District 51 in Charleston.
